An adventure for all ages featuring the world’s largest Apatosaurus, archaeological exhibits and realistic nature dioramas, a hands-on Discovery Room for kids, plus museum store and café. Open Monday – Sunday.
Permanent exhibits include the world's tallest dinosaur, a hands-on Orientation Gallery, and walk-through Pennsylvanian coal swamp forest. Our Special Exhibition for the fall is "Wolf to Woof," the story of dogs.
Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
