A beautiful Georgian/Federal transition courthouse built in 1822 to replace 1785 original and used until 1890s. Courtroom furnished for court. Exhibits relate to town as County seat, town development in 19th century, and 86 year use as public library.

Exhibits

Courthouse furnishing including judge's bench, witness box, original audience bench; Connecticut court history, local architecture, Tolland County Home for children, Tolland County Bank and Fire Insurance companies, other local history, photographs, paintings.
