The Old Trails Museum explores the history of Winslow, Arizona, and the surrounding area through exhibits and public programs. Admission is free, and photography, group tours, and research appointments are welcome. Our Museum Store features our historical calendars and Hopi and Navajo arts and crafts.

Exhibits

Along with temporary exhibits and programs, the Old Trails Museum has permanent exhibits including Historic Route 66, the Santa Fe Railroad, trading posts, the Harvey Girls, and La Posada Hotel. Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis. Smithsonian magazine encourages museum visitation, but is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of the participating museums and cultural venues, and does not subsidize museums that participate.
