Discover the fun of hands-on science! The National Science Center’s Fort Discovery is located on the scenic Riverwalk in downtown Augusta. This 128,000 square-foot family-oriented math and science center fires the imaginations of children and adults by making math, science and technology come alive.
Museums and cultural venues participate in Museum Day voluntarily. Smithsonian magazine encourages museum visitation, but is not responsible for individual museum content or participation.
