Founded in 1901, the Society of Illustrators is a
nonprofit educational organization dedicated to the promotion of illustration, its history and evolving nature through exhibitions, lectures and education. The Museum of American Illustration is headquartered in an 1875 vintage carriage house in New York's Upper East Side.
The Museum of American Illustration at the Society of Illustrators is proud to present an exhibit featuring the work of George Stavrinos.
Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
