Located in historic antebellum Madison, Georgia, this endearing gem of a museum features visual masterworks spanning 2000 years of art history, an outdoor sculpture garden, continuous art film, affordable museum store, and bistro tables, all in view of the architecturally stunning 1905 domed courthouse.

Making Masters:
Selected Works by MFA Students entering their second year of the graduate studio art program at the University of Georgia Lamar Dodd School of Art
The exhibition is co-curated by the University art faculty and Students in the MFA art history program. (www.art.uga.edu). The UGA MFA program is a three-year program with emphasis on Ceramics, Drawing and Painting, Fabric Design, Interior Design, Jewelry and Metals, Photography, Printmaking and Sculpture.




Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
