Two separate museums on nine acres exhibit American art, horse-drawn carriages, and historic artifacts. The Art museum features permanent and changing exhibition on American history and art. The Carriage Museum displays an internationally acclaimed collection of historic horse-drawn vehicles.

Exhibits

Coney Island and Jones Beach: Summer Cities by the Sea will lead you on a fun-filled ride through the history of each of the landmarks, exploring the relationship between New Yorkers and their favorite seaside playgrounds.

Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
