Located in the heart of Historic Littleton, the Littleton Museum includes four galleries. The Permanent Gallery relates the “Littleton Story” from settlement to the present.
A Changing Gallery with an Exhibition titled "Mapuche: Warrior Artists of South America."
The Fine Arts Gallery shows the work of artists Carol Pierce, Best of Show winner for Oil; Joyce Shelton, Best of Show winner for watermedia, winners of the Littleton Fine Arts Committee’s 2011 Own an Original show.
The Kids Connection provides interactive hands-on exhibits.
The 39 acre complex also features1860s and 1890s living history farms with costumed interpreters.
Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
