Exhibits

Located in the heart of Historic Littleton, the Littleton Museum includes four galleries. The Permanent Gallery relates the “Littleton Story” from settlement to the present. A Changing Gallery with an Exhibition titled: Pivotal Points: The Exploration and Mapping of the Trans-Mississippi West though October 16th.The Fine Arts Gallery shows the work of artist Victoria Morris Ekelund the winner of the Littleton Fine Arts Committee’s 2010 Own an Original show. The Kids Connection provides interactive hands-on exhibits. The 39 acre complex also features1860s and 1890s living history farms with costumed interpreters.




Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis. Smithsonian magazine encourages museum visitation, but is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of the participating museums and cultural venues, and does not subsidize museums that participate.
