The Historic Daniel Boone Home features the home of the legendary hero, Daniel Boone. The Georgian style mansion was built overlooking the Femme Osage Valley. Today it looks down to a recreated village featuring over a dozen 19th century buildings.
The Daniel Boone Home is a four story Georgian Style mansion that was built in the early 1800's. The home features a kitchen in what today would be the basement, several fireplaces, and the room in which Daniel Boone passed away in.
