The Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology hosts changing exhibitions curated by Brown University students working with the Museum's staff. The Museum houses cultural objects from all over the world and has been a valuable resource for the Rhode Island and Brown communities as well as scholars of anthropology, archaeology, art, and history.

Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
