Located in a quiet corner of Cape Cod, Green Briar offers natural history classes, jam-making workshops, exhibits, nature trails and a unique gift shop of jams, jellies and relishes made here in the historic 1903 Jam Kitchen.
Visitors tour the historic working Jam Kitchen and sample some of its delicious products in the unique gift shop. Gallery exhibits include "Cronig's World of Birds" and "Salute to Sparre: A Retrospective of the Work of Folk Carver Stan Sparre." The nature center also offers live animal exhibits including rabbits, turtles, a hedgehog and small snakes as well as walking trails in the adjacent Briar Patch Conservation Area..
