Discovery Gateway: The Children's Museum of Utah is located in the Gateway Mall in downtown Salt Lake City. Discovery Gateway offers 60,000 square feet of interactive, hands-on fun. Discovery Gateway celebrates its 35th year as The Children's Museum of Utah this year, and will be unveiling a retrospective exhibit chronicling its history inspiring and education children from throughout Utah and across the U.S. The expansion of the Saving Lives exhibit on the helicopter terrace will be online, and features an interactive replica of Primary Children's Medical Center with iPad applications replicating surgeries, a new gurney track and Lifeflight command center.
