Como Park Zoo and Conservatory is an experimental learning center that engages visitors in a multitude of encounters with animals, plants and cultures. For over 100 years, Como has charmed, educated and entertained millions of people from young to old.
Como Park Zoo & Conservatory offers exhibits and experiences for the whole family. This Fall see the Conservatory's breathtaking flower show, visit Tropical Encounters, greet Como Zoo’s 450+ animals, stroll through the Japanese Garden and catch a ride the historic Cafejian’s Carousel!
Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis. Smithsonian magazine encourages museum visitation, but is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of the participating museums and cultural venues, and does not subsidize museums that participate.
