Cliffs Shaft Mine Museum at 501 Euclid Street, Ishpeming, MI is open June – September, Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Take a personal tour of the mine tunnels and view historical displays of miners and mines past and present.
Home of the Ishpeming Historical Society, the Ishpeming Rock & Mineral Club which houses rocks & minerals from around the world, and the Marquette Genealogical Society.
Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
