The museum features a permanent collection plus changing exhibits involving baby boomers, Native American basketry, and Clark County's history through the eyes of its reporters. Also includes a research library focused on Clark County history, museum store, lecture series, special events, and web-based programming.

Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
