Blue Hills Trailside Museum is the “gateway” into the Blue Hills Reservation and the largest open space within 35 miles of Boston. The museum offers an introduction to the wildlife and history of the Blue Hills through live wildlife exhibits, hands-on natural history displays, storytelling, live animal presentations and seasonal special events. Enjoy on-site access to the 150 miles of hiking, biking and ski trails. Gift shop and museum open 10am – 5pm, Thursday – Sunday. 1904 Canton Ave., Milton, MA. 617-333-0690 ext. 223.
