Once a thriving Mississippian Indiana town built between A.D. 1050 and 1400 occupied by more than 1,000 inhabitants. Now, a beautiful visitor center and more than 600 acres offer insight into this ancient Native American culture.

Exhibits

In addition to displays including a three-dimensional prehistoric village, plan to take-in the Indiana Wildlife Artists juried show.

Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
