The main exhibition, Textile Revolution: An Exploration Through Space and Time chronicles the story of the textile industry from the 17th through the 21st century with hundreds of interactive displays highlighting major achievements and personal stories. Special exhibits have included Betsy Bloomingdale's haute couture outfits, traditional fiber art, the future of textiles, and more. Homefront and Battlefield, scheduled to open in 2012, will feature the role of textiles during the Civil War.
