Recognized for its collection of authentic WWII artifacts and memorabilia, the CAF Airpower Museum is dedicated to preserving the complete history of WWII military aviation and the memory of the men and women who built, serviced and flew the historic military aircraft of WWII.
Museums and cultural venues participate in Museum Day voluntarily. Smithsonian magazine encourages museum visitation, but is not responsible for individual museum content or participation.
