Looking for Leonardo

The fluid movement of the fringed epaulets of the turbaned guard (right) is more expressive than the rigid, linear patterning of those on Verrocchio's helmeted soldier (left). In addition, says Radke, they echo a known Leonardo drawing of a warrior.
