Rare and Intimate Photos of a Gorilla Family in the Wild

A female named Malui cradled, carried and groomed her stillborn for two days. “She tried to revive it and she couldn’t,” says photographer Anup Shah. “These guys are natural. They feel sorrow and they show it.”
