6. The Cowboys of R.A. Brown Ranch
Fifth-generation rancher Donnell Brown, of Throckmorton, Texas, is involved with cattle, as he says, “from conception to consumption, from the gate to the plate.” In this video, hear how he defines the perfect cow and uses modern science to achieve it. A couple of the dozen cowboys on Brown’s crew also weigh in on what life is like on the ranch.
