I think todays court systems are even more unfair to the public than those of yesteryear, because its still about making money,,but worse yet, it's about getting you into the system, violating you for every little infraction.in my case the prob.dept.secretary wrote down a wrong date I had given her (for work program),& I was penalized $100.00 for her mistake, nobody would listen & nobody cared! (at the time I hadn't worked in 3 weeks)that money would have paid my light & phone bill,,,aaaand groceries for the next 2 wks, and by the way,the site i was just on before this one say's bean only sentenced 2 men to hang,(& one escaped). But still think, The Westerner is one of the best movies of all time. p.s. Ithink you would make a great judge (modern or old).

I agree 100% Hang 'em first.....then try them later. If this country would go back to doing this,it is a pretty safe bet that the crime rate and stupidity of people in this country would quickly come to an end. Trust me when I say you would not want me to be the judge in any town or city in this country.....It would be just like Judge Roy Bean all over again! I am going to give you a short and fair trial.....Then I am going to hang you!
